1. Business Identity and SMS Program

These Terms & Conditions apply to Meridian Home Service Pros LLC (“Meridian Home Service Pros”), a Texas home-services business offering pest control, pool service, lawn and tree care, and holiday lighting in Houston and Corpus Christi. When you opt in to text messaging, Meridian may send non-marketing messages related to quote requests, appointments, scheduling, service reminders, technician and service updates, customer care, and account or service communications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and the communications you select. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s message and data plan governs any charges.

3. Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Meridian Home Service Pros LLC text. After we process your request, you may receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt in again later through an available consent method.

5. No Marketing Messages

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
